DESCRIPTION

        The CS5523R  is a monolithic,step-down,switch mode converter with a built-in power MOSFET.It achieves a 0.6A peak-output current over wide input supply range with excellent load and line regulation. C urrent-mode operation provides a fast transient response include cycle-by-cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown.The CS5523R requires aminimal number of readily-available external components.The CS5523R is available in SOT23-6L package.
